Daniel Moreau is a new discovery of mine – and what an absolute diamond.

I met Bastien in Vandieres via a friend and we did a tour of the cellar and a tasting. After that I just had to import this fantastic producer.
Powerful champagnes but with elegance and well balanced acidity. Notes of autumn honey on a lot of the bottles and maybe a new favourite blanc de blancs for me. 🙂
