Champagne Carole Noizet is one of the smallest producers in our portfolio. In 2017 She and her family made around 25.000 bottles. They are third generation winemakers and are located in Saint-Thierry just a little north of Reims.
Carole learned to make Champagne from her father, which still helps with the production. It’s a family business and I got to buy the last Blanc de Blancs bottles available in 2017. Her mother has made the painting of a flowering vine that is on the “Fleur de Vigne” bottle.
All the wines have 13g/l residual sugar. They are flowery in the bouquet and tasty on the palate.
