Payment
by Eckberg accepts payment with VISA, Mastercard. Payment will be deducted from your account when the item is shipped. All prices on the website are DKK including Danish VAT.
by Eckberg uses an authorized payment server. Payment is made through Quickpay (Gateway) and NETS (redemption), and their terms and conditions apply.
Warranty information
When you shop at our website, you have a 2 year warranty. This means that you either get a replacement, a refund or a reduced price on your next purchase , depending on the situation.
The complaint must be reported within a reasonable time ( maximum two months ) after receipt of order.
We will refund the fair shipping costs that you have had in connection with the product when the product has been checked and the complaint is approved.
When returning a defective product please describe as best as possible what the problem with the product is.

Returns / exchanges
We have a 14 day cancellation / return policy, this applies after you have received the order.
You are responsible for the costs of postage/freight at the return of the item.
If you wish to change or return a product, please send us an email with your request and order number: info@byeckberg.dk
Returned items must be returned in the same amount and original condition/unused and must include the original tags and brands as received. If the returned item shows signs of damage or use, we reserve the right to reject the return.
If the above is met we will refund the purchase price (excluding shipping costs) for the returned order.
